19. Upload Class Registers now or email them to us at: challenge@soccerstarcoaching.co.uk - WE NEED THESE NO LATER THAN 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Registers must be in a spreadsheet format. We use them to match online donations, ensuring the correct children receive their prizes, and extra shots. All registers are deleted after the event

CANCELLATION FEE: We understand that plans can change, and if the event needs to be rescheduled by the school, we are more than happy to accommodate this with no fee if we have at least 4 weeks notice prior to the event date. If your school cancels the event within 2 - 4 weeks before the scheduled start date, a £50 cancellation fee will apply. If your school cancels the event within 2 weeks of the scheduled start date, a £100 cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers administrative costs incurred in setting up the event, including all planning, the creation of digital sponsor forms, general admin, and hotel bookings for staff (if applicable). We appreciate your understanding and co-operation.
